Welcome to the TTECH Digital website (ttech.co.za). These Website Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the public website and its enquiry, quotation and domain-availability functions. By using the site, you agree to comply with these terms and applicable law.

If you enter into a services agreement with TTECH, the signed quotation, proposal, service-level agreement, order confirmation or other agreed contractual terms will govern that service. If there is a conflict, the specific agreed service contract takes precedence to the extent allowed by law.

Services and quotations

TTECH provides or facilitates website design and development, hosting, domain registration assistance, e-commerce solutions, applications, maintenance and associated support services. Descriptions on this site are general information and are not a guarantee that a particular service, delivery date or feature is available.

Submitting an enquiry or quotation request does not by itself create a service contract or require TTECH to accept a project. Final scope, pricing, timelines, acceptance criteria, fees and applicable taxes are confirmed through the relevant quotation or agreement.

Domain availability and registration

Our live domain search provides an availability indication at the time of checking. Search results can change and do not reserve, purchase or guarantee a domain name. A “Register Domain” action currently opens a request for TTECH to assist; it is not an immediate automated checkout or confirmed registration.

Domain applications remain subject to registrar and registry requirements, eligibility, correct registrant information, payment where applicable and successful processing. Registration, renewal, transfer and redemption prices or rules may differ by extension and applicable service terms. We will confirm material conditions before completing a requested transaction.

Pricing, payment and renewals

Website prices, package examples and advertised starting amounts are indicative unless expressly stated otherwise. Quotations will describe the applicable scope and price and should indicate VAT and any additional charges.

Hosting and domain services may be recurring and may require renewal payments before expiry. The renewal schedule, termination arrangements, suspension conditions and any refunds will be governed by the specific order or contract, applicable registry rules and consumer protection law.

Do not treat a domain availability result or an enquiry confirmation as proof of payment or completed service activation.

Acceptable use and security

You agree not to misuse the website or services, attempt unauthorised access, probe or disrupt systems, submit malware, impersonate another person, provide false information, or use automated methods to overload the domain checker or forms. TTECH may take reasonable steps to block abusive traffic and protect systems and users.

Do not submit passwords, payment card details or other confidential credentials through the general enquiry form.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise identified, the content, site design, trademarks, branding, text and other website materials are owned by TTECH or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the site for ordinary personal or business enquiry purposes, but may not reproduce substantial website materials commercially without permission.

Ownership, licensing and permitted use of work created for clients are determined by the applicable project agreement.

Third-party services and links

The website may contain links to client websites, registries or third-party services. Those organisations operate independently and may have their own terms and privacy practices. TTECH is not responsible for external content outside its control.

Where services depend on third-party infrastructure, performance and availability may be subject to the relevant third party’s operational conditions and agreed service arrangements.

We work to maintain accurate information and an operational website, but content may contain errors, prices may change, and service availability may be interrupted. Website information is provided for general information purposes and is not a substitute for an agreed written quotation or service specification.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or statutory remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any rights under applicable South African consumer protection legislation.

Privacy and communications

Information sent through forms and communications is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sending us an enquiry authorises us to use the supplied contact details to respond to that enquiry; it does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated marketing.

Electronic communications may be retained where necessary for handling requests, service delivery and legitimate business record-keeping.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these website terms from time to time. Continued use after a revised version is posted is subject to applicable law and does not retroactively amend any signed service agreement.
